NEW PATIENT INFORMATION

This clinic has served as a community acupuncture clinic originally downtown and now here. The space has been modified from its formerly cozy group setting to a private/ mostly private style of treatment.

A busy schedule is essential to keeping rates low. Last minute cancellations and no shows make this much harder. Being late also makes it more difficult for me to stay on schedule for everyone else, so please be prompt. I always do my best to accommodate late people, but can't always guarantee this. No shows and last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are $30.

Preparation for the Treatment
 

1. Please eat something 1-3 hours prior to your appointment.  If you are unable to do so, please let me know.

2. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. I need access below knees and elbows. Shorts, skirts, or baggy pants are best.

3. Expect to be finished in about 1 hour. If you have any time constraints, let me know before the treatment. Ideally you will stay at least 20 minutes.  

4. Make sure to turn off your cell phone before stepping into the clinic.

5. In consideration for other patients, please avoid strong perfumes and colognes.

6. Feel free to bring items for your own comfort such as special pillows, blankets, headphones, or eye covers. The clinic is small and has a lot of turnover so you will hear noises and talking. Please wear headphones if this will bother you.

7. Please make sure to communicate with me if you are uncomfortable with anything while I am treating you and before I leave the room. Please make sure to ring for me with the provided buzzer if you need anything during the treatment.

8. Please note that last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice, or no-call, no-shows) are $30.
